Returns & Exchanges - PLEASE READ

Couture Connoisseur does not provide refunds, however we are more than happy to exchange your item within (14) days from date of receipt of item.

Items qualified for exchange must be in new, unworn, unwashed conditions,and in original packaging with all tags still attached or damaged in transit. 

All sale items are NON REFUNDABLE, NON RETURNABLE, and NON EXCHANGEABLE.

FINAL SALE on all bodysuits, swim wear, under garments, hair items, as well as beauty items. 

Please keep in mind that Couture Connoisseur does not restock items so there is a possibility that the item you are requesting is no longer available. In the event this happens, we will offer the option of exchange for an item that is in stock of equal or lessor value. We will provide you with a store credit. Please be sure to review our size chart to prevent ordering the incorrect size.
