As a lover of all things fashion, its only natural that I love makeup! However, I was NOT blessed with the talent of a decent conture to save my life. In an industry that is soo closely knit with the fashion industry, the cosmetics industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. It can also be just as 'cut-throat' as the fashion industry as well!
When I came across the work of Jennifer Crowder, let me tell you - I LITERALLY did a jaw drop! Her precision with the brush was and IS breath taking. I had the opportunity to ask Jennifer about her passion, after speaking with her and vibing with her energy, I feel like she is family! Here is what "Sis" had to say:

"How Long Have You Been In The Game, Sis?" When did you get started in your industry?
- I started back in 2013 and started practicing makeup.
- When did you first discover your passion/calling?
- I discovered my passion for calling in the summer of 2013. I started practicing on my family and friends. My passion grew and grew and I am still learning more everyday.
- What are your aspiring goals for your brand?
- My aspiring goals for my brand are to have my own cosmetics line and to become a major influencer in the makeup community.

- In your beginning phases, who did you look to for mentoring or support?
- In my beginning phases, I didn’t know what I was doing so I looked to my family and friends for support. I practiced makeup on them and let them critique me on what I needed to work on.
- "What's In Your Bag, Sis?"
- What is a must have in your makeup tool kit? A must have in my makeup kit will have to be primer. Primer allows the makeup to last all day and you can use drugstore products and it would still last all day.
- Do you have a favorite or go to brand? My go to brand will have to be Milani. Their highlighter and lipsticks are so bomb!
- Sis, Natural or Glam? What’s your personal favorite?
- I really don’t have a favorite. I like a little of both.
- "Future Collabs, Sis?" If you could collaborate/partner with a brand or company, which company would it be and why?
- If I could collaborate with any brand, I would have to say Black Radiance. Their brand has grown tremendously and I like the direction they’re going into. Their brand represents my style.
